This is actually kind of sad, because Sailor Venus was cursed to a life filled with romantic tragedy. All of her loves were fated to never work out, and she was told that she would always choose her duty to Princess Serenity over her own personal happiness. So throughout the anime, you see her with lots of different guys, just wanting “Fun”. She never commits to a relationship like Sailor Moon does, even though she probably could, because she’s learned not to stay close to one guy. Look, play, but don’t ever touch.

This is a misunderstanding of what is said near the end of the Sailor V manga. The idea that the sailor soldiers are “cursed” undoubtedly comes from the misconception that Adonis “curses” Minako before he dies. He says, “I’ll tell your final love fortune. Your love will be hopeless for all eternity.” Since Adonis is not a particularly powerful individual, his fortune may not be accurate. Furthermore, there is no indication that Minako’s misfortune is caused by Adonis.
